Mendicant Bias
The higher ranking entity believed to have taken over AdjutantReflex. The full name was revealed in the Terminals found in Halo 3.

- adj. begging; practicing begging; living on alms.
- adj. pertaining to or characteristic of a beggar.
- n. a person who lives by begging; beggar.
