Discovered in Server 02, July 10
The sound file (download) was discovered to be a spectrogram image, with the first image posted by jimmywilson of ABO. When played through a spectrogram visualizer, the following image results:

5 'spokes' are visible, but 8 can be assumed from the design of the symbol
The earth appears to be at the center of symbol, with Africa at the forefront.
The sound file itself is stereo, with the left channel showing audio earlier than the right, but the right channel ending later (The larger image above has the left/right channels combined as red/blue accordingly
