Pre-Halo 5 communit competition
Embedded in the developing audio drama Hunt the Truth, this ARG-like contest called for teams of players to work together to solve puzzles and mysteries vying for a spot in the final leaderboard to win prizes, from digital rewards up to the grand prize. The grand prize included the reward of having a "character in their likeness to appear in the game Halo 5", by sending in photographs or having special photos taken which would be converted into a 3D model. The 2nd place team and up also won the Halo 5 Xbox One bundle.
Only two teams were declared as winners, with team Section 3 being the first and winning the grand prize; 2nd place going to Beekeepers. Both teams consisted of devoted I Love Bees fans.
