David George is the founder of SOTA. He say the group was founded in 1995 in Santa Fe, NM. He currently lives and operates the group in Normal Illinois.
Possible Real Person
When doing a search for a David George in Normal, Illinois; a David A. George does come up, But he lives in Bloomington, Just outside of Normal. Curiously enough though, the site gives no street address, only the Name, City, State and Area code
